Henry Francis Harrington. The work includes: "CITY OF NEW BEDFORD, IN SCHOOL COMMITTEE, DECEMBER 9, 1887
Voted, That a special committee...be instructed to prepare a memorial report upon the death of Mr. Harrington, the same to be included in the annual report of the committee."
