WASHINGTON - Ada A. Mishler Fecht, 95, of Washington passed away at 9:50 p.m. Monday, August 21, 2017, at Rosewood Care Center in East Peoria.

She was born on January 21, 1922, in Nappanee, IN, the daughter of Sam and Mattie Anderson Frye. She married Archie Mishler on December 27, 1942, and he passed away on June 12, 1950. She later married Wilbur Fecht on June 30, 1956, and he passed away on November 7, 2008.

She was also preceded in death by one brother, five sisters, two infant twin granddaughters and one infant grandson.

Surviving are two sons, Keith Mishler of Washington and Clyde Mishler of East Peoria; and one daughter, Marlene Fecht of Morton. Also surviving are five grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by two brothers, Norman (Judy) Frey of Rensselaer, IN, and Lamar (Genie) Frey of Indianapolis, IN; and one sister, Regina Frey of Fallbrook, CA.

She graduated from Mount Ayr High School in Indiana, from which she was awarded valedictorian for the class of 1940. After graduation, she attended Moody Bible Institute for one year. She worked for Comet Supply for many years in Washington.
