Danny A. Boyd, 61, of Momence died August 13, 2017 at his home.
He was born July 27, 1956 in Kankakee to Lawrence and Virginia Race Boyd.
Danny was a member of the First Methodist Church in Momence. He was a huge Cubs, Bears and Blackhawks fan. He loved woodworking, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a musician, wrote music and was in a band named White Lightning.
Survivors include two daughters: Kelly and Petey Hernandez of Momence and Candice Boyd and Beau Handy of Momence; three grandchildren; one brother, Jeff Boyd of Momence.
A celebration of life will take place on September 3, 2017 at 3 p.m. at his home, 327 N. Ash Street, Momence.
