Paul E. Seay

Niles - Paul E. Seay, 72, 424 1/2 Pratt St., died of congestive heart failure Tuesday at 8:40 a.m. in Warren General Hospital.

He was born Sept. 15, 1921, in Wilkensin (sic, Wilkinson), W.Va., the son of Arthur and Maude Hull Seay. He came to Niles in 1950.

Mr. Seay was a member of the Pentecostal Church in Wilkensin.

He leaves his wife, Rose Solazzo Seay, whom he married Nov. 6, 1957; two sons, Donald and Howard Ellswick, both of Warren; a daughter, Nancy Ellswick of Warren; two sisters, Rose Merrill of Milton, W.Va. and Margaret Seay of White Sulphur Springs, W.Va.; and a brother, Brian E., in Florida.

A sister, Alberta Seay, is deceased.
There is no calling hours or funeral service.

Burial is today in Niles City Cemetery.

Arrangements were handled by the Holloway & Son Funeral Home. 12/1/93
