She was born in Valley View, Schuylkill County on Oct 4, 1912, a daughter of James and Lytia Bixler. She married Clayton Deibler, who died in 1971.

Survived by a son: Larry E Deibler; a sister: Martha Bixler; a brother: Ralph Bixler; 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
