Mr. Milton Frederick Gardner, Sr., age 94, passed away on August 21, 2017. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 4PM in the Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Milledgeville. Interment will follow in Memory Hill.
The family will receive friends at Williams Funeral Home on Wednesday from 3-5 PM.
Mr. Gardner was born in Eatonton, GA to the late Charles Arthur Gardner and Alma Whitten Gardner and was preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Gardner Griffin; and brother, Charlie Arthur Gardner, Jr. He was a graduate of Atlanta Law School and practiced as an attorney with Gardner and Gardner Law Firm. Having practiced Law in Georgia for the past 70 years, Mr. Gardner was a member of the State Bar of GA during that time. He was a member of Benevolent Lodge # 3 F. & A.M. in Milledgeville, and a member of First Baptist Church in Milledgeville.
Flowers accepted and for those who wish memorial contributions may be made to the Masonic Children's Home.
