After being married for thirty-six years, Mrs. Rose Jacoby, 52 years old, of 5217 Huntington street, this morning filed suit for a divorce from her husband, Michael Jacoby, who she claims deserted her in March 1910. They have four children, the youngest of whom is 25 years old. They are: Mrs. Emma Colgraff, Mrs. Elizabeth Wilbur, Arthur and Victor Jacoby.

Mrs. Rose Jacoby of West Duluth was granted a divorce from Michael Jacoby on the grounds of desertion. They were married thirty-six years ago and have four children, all over age. He is 54 and she is 52. The order for the decree was given by Judge Dancer.
