Sandra Jean Quinn

Sandra Jean Quinn, 67, Altoona, died Sunday morning at UPMC Altoona after an extended illness.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of Alan and Anna McCaulley.
On Feb. 21, 1970, she married Donavon P. Quinn, and he preceded her in death on Jan. 16, 2012.
Surviving are a son, Donavon (Linette) of Newville; a daughter, Shannon (Aaron) Abbott of Manheim; two grandchildren: Allissa and Hunter Abbott; her mother of Altoona; four brothers: Martin and Joe Woytowiez of Altoona, Harry Horton of Altoona, and Rob Woytowiez of Coupon; and a sister, Florence Gority of Altoona.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alan; and a sister, Barbara Adams.
Sandra was an Altoona Area High School graduate, and she had been employed as a customer service representative for Warner Florist, Hollidaysburg.
She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, and she was an avid fan of Penn State football, as well as the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates.
Friends will be received from 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2017, at E. Merrill Smith Funeral Home Inc., 2309 Broad Ave., Altoona, where a funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Interment will be at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
