Alois Halm-- Alois halm 70 years old, died Tuesday at his home in Thomas Township. He was born in Germany January 5, 1854, and married Miss Henrietta Nentwig there in 1889. They came to the United States the next year, direct to Saginaw. In 1907 they moved to the present family home in Thomas Township. Mr. Halm was a member of St. Andrew's Church and of the West Side Arbeiter Society. Surviving him are his wife and two children: Christ and Anna and four brothers. Frank Halm, Thomas township, Felix and Paul Halm, Saginaw, and Wendell Halm in Germany. The funeral will take place at 9 o'clock Friday morning from the home and at 10 o'clock from St. Andrew's Church. Rev. Fr. H.P. Maus Will officiate, with burial in St. Andrew's Cemetery.
