Doug is survived by his loving wife of 34 years: Ann West; son: Sean West and wife Renae; grandsons: Kaleb and Kyle; niece: Kimberly Nielsen and husband Doug; longtime loving friends: Boyd and Patricia Low; mother-in-law: Virginia Espeland and husband Jack; and father-in-law: Charles G. Roy; along with a host of extended family and friends worldwide. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister: Carol Ann Whiteside.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, February 18, 2017, at First United Methodist Church, 1200 E. Yellow Jacket Ln., Rockwall 75087 with Dr. Joe Pool and Rev. Alan Clark officiating.
