Mr. Arnold M. "Cray" Allred III, 53, of Woodbine, died Monday, Nov. 5, at his home.

He was the husband of Kathy L. Allred.

Born Aug. 3, 1948, in Greensboro, N.C., he was a son of Ida Self Allred of Beltsville, and the late Arnold M. Allred Jr.

Mr. Allred graduated from Sumner High School in North Carolina and was an electronics engineer. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are two sons, Brian M. Allred of California, and Toby C. Allred of Delaware; and one sister, Karen J. Thomas of Georgia.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, until the time of funeral services at noon at Muriel H. Barber Funeral Home, 21525 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville.

Interment will be in Norbeck Memorial Cemetery, Olney.
