Martinsburg, W.Va. - Jacob P. Weaver, 94, of Martinsburg, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2004, at City Hospital in Martinsburg.
Born Jan . 19,1919 in Leetown, W. Va., he was the son of the late Charles and Sarah Robinson Weaver.
He retired from Martin Marrietta.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He was a member of Mount Zion United Methodist Church.
He was a member of Mount Pisah Lodge 3 F&AM: and a member and past worthy patron of Bethel Chapel 36 Order of the Eastern Star.
He is survived by his wife, Wardry Benson Weaver; one son, Marshall Weaver of Hyattsville, Md.; stepchildren; and one step great-granddaughter, Jerri Hope.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Mount Zion United Methodist Church. The Rev. Hosea L. Hodges will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday at 10 a.m. at the church.
Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg.
