On Christmas Day, December 25, 1966 in Canton Georgia, Donna Michele Pruitt Leslie was born to Amos Pruitt and Louise Bell Pruitt. She married Brian Thomas Leslie in Woodstock, Georgia on July 29, 1995. Donna loved music and especially singing with the Praise Team at her church. She was a devoted teacher and loved teaching, most recently at Pine Tree ISD. She was a loyal Georgia Bulldog fan. Donna passed from this life on August 18, 2017 in Longview, Texas.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Brian Leslie; son, Matt Leslie; mother-in-law, Jenann Leslie; sister-in-law, Liz Grigorian & husband, Alek; nieces, Kim, Tricia, & Katrina, and numerous other great nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Amos & Louise Pruitt; father-in-law, Marvin Leslie; and brother, Michael Pruitt.
Funeral services under the direction of Downs Funeral Home will be 2:00 p.m. at 1st Assembly of God Church in Marshall with Bro. Mike Richard officiating. A visitation will be prior to the service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
