Wilma was often found in service to the Salina community. She was Executive Director of the Salina Chapter of American Red Cross for many years. Following her retirement, she worked as a greeter for Conklin Cars. She was a member of Grand Ave United Methodist Church and a longtime member of the choir.
Survivors included her daughter, Barbara and husband Floyd Gibson, of Eufaula, OK; eight grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Ray, in September, 2004. She was also preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Anita Smith; siblings, Lester Aills, Juanita Walters, Etta Longbine, Maybelle Davis, Delbert Aills, Edna June Searle, Bobby Aills, and Virginia Peters.
