Brenda Faye Butler Briggs, 55, of Brunswick, passed away Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015, at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015, 5:00 p.m., at Darien Church of God, with Pastor Tommy Whaley officiating.
Survivors include her husband of 22 years, Butch Briggs; a son, Jeremy Russell Briggs; a daughter, Brenda Laverne Wooten, all of Brunswick; three brothers, Roy Butler (Donna) of Brunswick, Robert Butler (Karen) of Townsend, Danny Keith Butler (Shirley), of Warner Robbins; five sisters, Sharlene Butler of Michigan, Elouise Howard (Ronald), of Townsend, Irene Powell (Terry), of Hortense, Daisy Mae Howard of Kannapolis, NC, Inez Gray of Edison, GA; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Lunon Butler.
Brenda had been a resident of Brunswick for the past 22 years, she had been employed by Reddick Sheet Metal, and attended Darien Church of God.
