Donna Lou Martin Tracy, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2017, surrounded by her family.

Donna was born on January 18, 1925, in St. Anthony, Idaho, to Myron Maine and Phoebe Ann Stoddard Dayley. She had seven sisters. Donna attended school in St. Anthony.

She married Dee Lords Martin in the Salt Lake Temple on January 26, 1944. Dee was killed in the Battle of the Bulge in December 1944. They had one child, Dee L. Martin Jr. Donna married Juan Del Tracy on September 29, 1951, in Jackson, Wyoming. Their children were Michele, Lee Ann, Kelly, and Brian. Juan Del passed away on April 30, 1965.

Donna was a very loving and caring woman. She spent most of her days crocheting many projects. Her granddaughters always enjoyed her beautiful Barbie dresses. Most of all, Donna enjoyed spending time with her family. She was always happiest when her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren were all together in her home. Her home was always filled with love and warmth, and she always made sure everyone was happy and felt loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, sisters, Geneva, Barbara, Verda, Myrtle, Roberta, and Lola, both sons-in-law, Mark Nielson and Art Nicholls. She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Hannah (Paul), children, Dee L. Martin Jr. (Mikki), Michele Stephens (Mark Nielson), Lee Ann Nicholls (Art Nicholls), Kelly Tracy (Kimberlee), and Brian Tracy (Cheri), 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, whom she loved dearly, and her many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 26, 2017, at the Ammon LDS 2nd Ward, 1100 S. Tiebreaker, Ammon, Idaho, with Bishop Lorin McArthur officiating. The family will visit with friends from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
