Mellissa Anne "Pippie" Van Every, 43, of Fort Dodge passed away Saturday, August 12, 2017, in Kellogg, MN.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home.
Survivors include her sons, Timothy and Ashton Hogan both of Fort Dodge; mother, Margo Tritten-Schultz of Hollister, MO; siblings, Stacie Coppinger of Fort Dodge; Dawn Riley of Badger; Tony Van Every of Thor; Pat Van Every of Fort Dodge; Bobby Van Every of Rockaway Beach, MO; Jason Lumsden of Fort Dodge; Rosa Kennebeck of Lytton; Patricia Brasher, Casey Drennan and Josh Van Every all of Branson, MO; David Van Every Jr. and Tara Van Every both of Hollister, MO.
Mellissa was preceded in death by her dad, David Van Every Sr. and step-father, Chuck Tritter.
Mellissa Anne Van Every was born August 28, 1973 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. She attended schools in Fort Dodge and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High in 1991. Pippie then attended and graduated from La'James in 1996. She worked at Cost Cutters and various other places. She enjoyed crocheting, camping, and racing. Pippie was very close to her pets and best friends, Jenn Eastwood and Sharla Ashby. They were a big part of her life.
