Son of Richard McDonald and Delores Giltrop.

Beloved son, brother and uncle, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at his home, at the age of 58 years.
He was born March 10, 1959, in Saginaw, the son of Delores (Giltrop) McDonald and the late Richard McDonald. He graduated from Bridgeport High School with the Class of 1977. He was a life-long member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, and currently a member of SS Francis and Clare Parish. He had been employed by Universal Engineering/TSD. He enjoyed woodworking, making many items for family and friends. He had been an avid NASCAR fan.
Surviving are his mother, Delores McDonald.... He was also predeceased by his sister, Kay Reynolds.
Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 21, 2017, at SS Francis and Clare Parish, 12157 Church Street, Birch Run. Rev. Fr. Thomas McNamara will officiate. Burial will follow in Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery, Bridgeport. His family will receive friends at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Highway, from 2:00 – 8:00 PM on Sunday, where a parish vigil service will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. Family and friends may then gather the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.
