AGE 87 YEARS

Lillian M. Myers, of Williamsport, passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family. Surviving is her husband of 67 years, Raymond E. Myers.
She was a daughter of the late Monroe and Irene (Nunn) Ludwig.

Lillian was owner of Lillian Myers Beauty Shop for many years and continued working into her 70’s. She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church. She volunteered at the Rescue Workers and was the primary caregiver for her husband, Raymond. She enjoyed socializing with the ladies in her beauty shop, crocheting, doing crafts, and cooking big family dinners.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a son, Joseph E. Myers (Carolyn), of Linden; a daughter, Linda R. DeLong (David), of Cogan Station; five granddaughters, eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Kenneth E. Ludwig (Kelly), of Jersey Shore and Gary Ludwig, of Cogan Station.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Lillian will be held at noon, Tuesday, August 22, at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 1400 Market St., Williamsport, with the Rev. Elizabeth Aurand officiating.

Burial in Jersey Shore Cemetery.
