Daughter of Glen and Suzanne McFarland.
Survivors include her father; adopted daughters Jayden McFarland and Jessica Welch; granddaughter Alexis; brother Brian (Tracey); sisters Tammy (David) McGaughey and Amy (John) Copner; step-mother Shirley McFarland; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother and grandparents.
Graduate of North Putnam High School.
Graduate of Anderson University, Indiana.
Worked in social services all of her adult life, working for the state of Delaware for more than 20 years including with probation and parole and Stevenson House.
She had a great interest in helping children in need.
Memorial services 11am Saturday, Aug. 19 at Whiteville Christian Church, Crawfordsville.
Visitation two hours prior to service.
