Patricia Ann Daugherty, age 66 of Joplin, entered into rest on August 16, 2017 from injuries in a one vehicle accident, north of Neosho.
Patricia was born June 23, 1951 in Quincy, IL, the daughter of William J. and Frances (Cline) Daugherty.
She lived most of her life in the southwest Missouri area and was a graduate of Parkwood High School in Joplin. She currently worked as a LPN for Ozark Center, having worked there the last 25 years. Prior to her association with Ozark Center, she worked at Oak Hill Hospital in Joplin.
Patricia was the ‘favorite’ aunt of a large extended family and a member of the Generations Freewill Baptist Church.
Patricia is survived by a son, Shawn Daugherty of Joplin; a sister, Sharee Woods and husband, Pat of Aurora; two brothers, Mike Daugherty and wife, Charlsea of Joplin and Bill Daugherty and wife, Paulette of Neosho; one brother-in-law, Doug Kyler and wife Carol of Grove, OK; two grandchildren, Christian Tackett and Brayden Tackett, both of Colorado Springs, CO; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved companion, Raylan
She is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Misti Testerman Tackett in October 2015 and a sister, Cathleen Kyler.
Funeral services for Patricia will be held on Saturday, Aug. 19, 2017 at 2 pm at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Gerald Bass will officiate.
Interment will follow in Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery, Joplin.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 to 7 pm at the funeral home. Contributions in memory of Patricia may be made to Ozark Center.
Services are under the direction of Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, MO.
