Andrew J. Weaver
Amherst-Andrew J. Weaver, 27 years of age, and a resident of Amherst, passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at his home.
He was born January 31, 1985 in Lorain, Ohio. Andrew had made his home in Amherst for most of his life and graduated from Marion L. Steel High School in the class of 2003.
He was previously employed as a flight line attendant at Johnston Aviation Lorain County Airport. Andrew was a wonderful husband to his wife Lindsey and father to their two sons Charlie and Ben. His hobbies included collecting vinyl albums, and cooking. Andrew loved being outdoors, fishing and going for walks.
Survivors include his wife on one year Lindsey Weaver (nee: Eberhardt); his sons Charles Andrew and Benjamin Henry Weaver both at home; his father Timothy J. Weaver and his wife Randi of Lorain; his mother Melva Sherwood and her husband Scott of Vermilion; his brother Aaron Weaver of Vermilion; his grandfather Joseph Bentley of Amherst and many aunts and uncles.
Friends may call Monday October 8, 2012, fro 4:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at Sheffield Lake Church of God; 2280 North Abbe Road, Sheffield. The Rev. Jim Shaffer, pastor, will officiate.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Sheffield Lake Church of God; 2280 North Abbe Road, Sheffield, OH 44054.
