Charles Richard “Rick” STILES, 55, of Perryton, Texas died Monday, July 17, 2017 in Perryton. Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 21, 2017 at Victory Family Church, officiated by Rev. Marlon Sparks. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. at West Lawn Cemetery in Borger, Texas. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton, Texas.
Mr. STILES was born on July 25, 1961 in Borger, Texas to John Charles STILES and Patsy Jo Hickman STILES. He had lived in the area since 1976, and he was a field operator in the oil field. He had worked in the oil and gas industry since he was 18. He was a loving and selfless man and was the rock of his family with an infectious smile.
Mr. STILES is survived by two sons, Jermy STILES and wife Tammy of Edmond, Oklahoma, and Colt STILES of Virginia Beach, South Carolina; one daughter, Cassidy STILES of Amarillo, Texas; his mother, Patsy Hickman STILES of Amarillo, Texas; two sisters, Micka LOVETT of Amarillo, Texas and Joanna PACHECO of Sanford, Texas; one granddaughter, Peyton STILES of Edmond, Oklahoma; and three grandsons, Jarrett STILES and Teegan STILES, both of Edmond, Oklahoma, and Jace STILES of Virginia Beach, South Carolina.
The family requests that memorials be made to the M. S. Society, 6222 Canyon Drive, Amarillo, Texas, 79109, or to one’s favorite charity.
