She was preceded in death by her mother, father, and two sisters, Phyllis (Piper) Hanberg and Ethel Greenman, a brother, DeLos Badger, her first husband of 24 years and our father, Wesley Levi Manning, and second husband of 14 years, Raymond R. Cowin. She was also preceded in death by her two beloved sons, DeLos D. Manning and Wesley Lee Manning.
She is survived by her three daughters and their husbands, Joanna (Barney) Gunn of Miami, FL, Darlene (Larry) Smith, of Richland, and Judy (Bob) Moore of Richland, also Ray Cowin's children; Mary Lee Webber of Klamath Falls, OR and Sid Cowin of Sedro Woolley, WA. She also leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was a certified bookkeeper, a seamstress/tailor, and a homemaker. She was blessed with a long and healthy life and was loved by all that knew her. She will be greatly missed.
Services will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2015, at 1:00 pm, at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 S. Union St., Kennewick, WA 99338.
