Joseph F. Sharp, Jr., 79 of Sicklerville passed away suddenly at home on Friday, August 11, 2017. Born in Blue Anchor he was a lifelong area resident.

Mr. Sharp formerly worked at Leeks Boat Works in Lower Bank. He was an avid hunter and was a longtime member of the Rosedale Hunting Club. Mr. Sharp was also a member of the Camden County Fire Police and the Waterford Vol. Fire Co.

He is survived by his wife, Betty A. Sharp, (nee Shinn); his daughters, Kathleen M. Patry of Berlin; Suzanne Chorzelewski of Sicklerville; his twin brother, Phillip Sharp and his wife Augustine of Hammonton; his grandchildren, Joey (Evelyn), Amanda and Kevin Chorzelewski; Sabrina Sherif, Jimmy Patry; his great granddaughter, Kayli Cavallaro and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August 17, 2017 10:00am at the Carnesale Funeral Home 202 S. Third St., Hammonton, where viewings will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2017, 7:00pm - 9:00pm and again on Thursday 9:00am - 10:00am. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the family would be greatly appreciated.
