Mike was born December 13, 1958, in Pine Bluff. He was a graduate of Stuttgart High School and attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He was employed by Berry Farms and was member of First United Methodist Church.
Mike was a hard-working, caring, and loving father to his children. He enjoyed spending time with his family and loved to hunt. He was an avid Hog fan and a great friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Brent Mulloy; sister, Stacy Fink; and step-sister, Stacy Ragland.
Survivors are his children, Jackson Mulloy and Shellby Mulloy of Stuttgart; mother and step-father, Margie and Burt Ragland of Stuttgart; brother, Todd Mulloy of Stuttgart; step-brother, Scott Ragland of Little Rock; step-sister, Shelby Hoyle of Baton Rouge, La.; several nieces and nephews, Robyn Mulloy, Lydia Fink, Ellen Fink, Parker Hoyle, Preston Hoyle, Peyton Hoyle and Mitchell Fink; and his canine companion, Diamond.
A memorial service, officiated by Dr. David Bush, is 10:00 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church.
The family requests memorials be made to First United Methodist Church, 307 E. Fourth St., Stuttgart, Ark. 72160.
Cremation services are offered through Turpin Funeral Home.
