Ester Lee Smith, age 81, of Cumming, GA, passed away August 12, 2017. Ester was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church in Cumming, GA. She is preceded in death by her husband Otis H. Smith, Sr. and parents Joseph David and Olive Elizabeth Stroup.
She is survived by her children Hoyt Jr. (Maggie) Smith of Canton, David Smith of Cumming and Linda (Tim) Hill of Cumming; grandchildren Gary Smith, Michael Smith, Adrienne (Thomas) Ross, Lindsay (Jordan) Griffin, Elizabeth Smith, Jeremiah (Sara) Beringer, Jessica (Mike) Blalock, and Jeanette (Brian) Martin; four great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; sister Carolyn Martin of Cumming; sister-in-law Geraldine Ingalsbe of Roswell; along with many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral service for Mrs. Smith were held. at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church in Cumming, GA, with Rev. Ted Miller officiating. Interment was at Roswell City Cemetery in Roswell, GA. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia was in charge of arrangements.
