NEWPORT NEWS - Joyce Mae Todd, 76, died at Riverside Regional Medical Center on February 13th, 2014. Joyce was born December 6th, 1937 in Newport News VA, and was a lifelong area resident. She was preceded in death by her siblings Rita Huffman, Shirley Little, Tommy Lewis, Robert Lewis and Johnny Lewis, her daughters Lois Ann Peters, and Tracy Todd. She is survived by Her Husband Craig Todd, Children Lawrence Peters, Craig (Alex) Todd, sisters Peggy Lewis And Patsy Wallace, and brother Randy Lewis. Also grandchildren Robert Peters, Virginia Nobles, Heather Peters, Catherine Todd and two great grandchildren. Joyce was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and A volunteer for Right To Life, and member of WABC (now usbc). Services will be Thursday at Hampton Veterans Memorial Gardens, Indoor Mausoleum at 3 P.M. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
