Susan, 67, Van Wert, died at 7:10 a.m., at Van Wert Manor Nursing Home.
She was the daughter of Forest Pearl 'Ike' and Mabel May (Adams) DeLong.
Surviving are two sons: Cory, Van Wert, and Andy (Shelly) Riley, Kalida; and three grandchildren.
A graduate of Blue Creek High School, she attended Calvary Evangelical Church. She had taught at Calvary Church Pre-School, then was a tech monitor at Van Wert County Hospital.
Services will be at Cowan and Son Funeral Home, with Pastor W. Clark Williman of Calvary Evangelical Church, officiating.
