d/o Thompson "Thomas" Cook & Nancy Culp, both born in Allen County, Kentucky; w/o Thomas Lafayette PEERY. Fannie died of chronic nephritis with a fracture of her left hip, which resulted from her accidently falling down her back steps at home because she was tottery from uremia. She was buried July 14, 1939 in Grandview East Cemetery.
SOURCE: DC #25581

She married on February 1, 1880 in Gentry County, Missouri to Thomas Lafayette Peery. They had three known children.

NOTE: Death certificate has Frances Elizabeth Peery while headstone has Fannie E. It should also be noted that the 1860 federal census is the first one that she is recorded and it shows her name as Elizabeth.

The last digit of her death year on her headstone, which she shares with her husband, appears to be obliterated or scratched off. It appears to have been 1934 but death certificate states she died in 1939. Ben Glick's transcription has 1936.
