He was a faithful member of Spring Bayou Baptist Church where he served as deacon for many years. He retired from Kentucky State Department of Transportation and was a Standardbred Race Horse owner and trainer.
Surviving are his wife of 59 years, Sue Moss Frazier; one daughter, Suzanne Bean (Chuck); and one son, Jeff Frazier, all of Kevil; three grandchildren, Leslie Bean of Paducah, Jennifer Frazier of Kevil and Jared Frazier of Murray; one aunt, Hugh Anna Stevens of Paducah; and a host of cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mildred Frazier; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Anderson and Mary Sue Moss.
Funeral services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Spring Bayou Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Tipton and the Rev. Jared Hayes officiating. Interment will follow at Spring Bayou Baptist Church Cemetery.
