A Celebration visitation for Rebecca Lynn Fatchett Perkins, age 64, will be held from 5:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in Ruston, LA.

Rebecca “Becky” or “Mo-Mo” was born October 30, 1952 and was lifted above on August 12, 2017. She has and will always be loved by many, as well as greatly missed. She had a special gift to touch many lives with the time she was provided.

Rebecca made an abundance of wonderful friends with her open and loving heart, personality, and her continuous smile. She had absolutely no fear in sharing herself, her compassion and love to all. Her door was always open as she would do anything and everything for her friends and loved ones with sharing a piece of her huge heart with whomever she crossed paths with.

Rebecca enjoyed several different hobbies during her time and would involve herself in “any” hobby that her children enjoyed. She was the “horseback, bicycle, fishing, band, baseball and softball” mother of every year as she was with her children growing up. She also enjoyed her flower gardening in which she maintained for several years with the “Periwinkle” as her favorite and its meanings: blossoming friendship, everlasting love, reminiscing pleasant memories, and the purity and strength of the Virgin Mary.

“Mo-Mo”, Oh how she loved her “gran-babies”. From the birth of her first born grandson Brady, then her second, Garet and third, Kaiden, she was an amazing grandmother in which they could ever ask for, to them all. She has left them with memories for a lifetime.

Rebecca is survived by her two daughters: Natalie Perkins and Bridget and husband Jeremy Kleman; One son, Stetson Perkins and wife Lauren; three grandchildren, Brady and Garet Kleman and Kaiden Perkins; one sister Deborah and husband Buddy Ellard; brother Phillip Fatchett; two nephews Levi and James Ellard and many, many close aunts, uncles and cousins in which she loved dearly.

Rebecca, “Becky” or “Mo-Mo”, as we all know this amazing, special, loving and passionate woman, mother and grandmother has passed over into a new life in which she will now protect all of her loves at one time with her angel wings soaring. Praise the Great Almighty Lord Above! We all love you and will miss you, but will be blessed to be with you again.
