Rebecca Alexander Barham, 87, of Union City passed away 9:50 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.

Rebecca was born June 5, 1933, in Obion County, daughter of the late James Robert Nora Hall (Rose) Alexander. She married Maurice Barham April 14, 1951. He preceded her in death February 9, 2009. Rebecca retired from Dixie Gun Works as foreign purchasing agent after 36 years of service. She was a member of Second Baptist Church and the Trailblazers Sunday school class.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law,, Nancy Louise (Barham) Dodson and Russell Dodson of Alberdeen, Mississippi and Joyce Leigh (Barham) and Bob Nipp of Bartlett; one son and daughter-in-law, David Wayne and Rhonda Barham of Cordova; five grandchildren and the spouses of four, Nancy Jean and John Barnes of Drummonds, Joyce Ann Parker-Fegette and Sean Fegette of Munford, Becky (Nipp) and Bo Hicks of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Paul Nipp of Bellingham, Washington and Rae and Fletcher Herlong of Collierville; eight great grandchildren, Elisabeth Barnes and Joseph Barnes both of Drummonds, Addison Bailey Clark of Collierville, Miabella Barham of Senoia, Georgia, Audrey Tallulah Hicks of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Benjamin Thomas Herlong of Collierville and Nora Reese Fegette and Alexandra Rose Fegette both of Munford.

She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Parks Barham; one sister, Ellen McAlister; and two brothers, James Alexander and Billie Alexander.
