Marsha Jean Wright, 61, of Terre Haute passed away Sunday, July 25, 2010 at 10:40 pm in Union Hospital. She was born August 29, 1948 in Alexandria, Virginia to Thomas Marshall Harrison and Hazel Robey Harrison. Marsha had been a child care provider for over 30 years and was also a licensed beautician. She was a member of Hulman Street Wesleyan Church. Marsha loved being with her family and children.
Marsha is survived by two daughters Tanya Shannon and her husband Ronald of Terre Haute and Dannielle Wright of Terre Haute; Three brothers; Willard Hayes and his wife Lori of Hanover, Pennsylvania; Thomas Robert Carver and his wife Linda of Strasburg, Virginia; and Leonard Aubrey Struder and his wife Diane of Stafford, Virginia. Two Sisters; Shirley Hook and her husband Edwin of Alexandria, Virginia and Margaret Struder of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Five grandchildren; Jessika Smith and her husband Shawn; Sklyer Lovette; Erika Shannon; Rebeka Shannon; and MaKayla Creech; One great-granddaughter Madelynn Smith and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday, July 30th at 10 a.m. at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street with visitation from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 29th. Reverend Dan Willis will be officiating; burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
