She was born in Meadowview, VA on April 27, 1923. She was a daughter of the late John W. and Elizabeth Statzer Kestner.
She was also preceded in death by husbands, Dave Fleenor and H. Webb; four brothers, William Franklin, Edgar, Douglas, and Ray Kestner; and four sisters, Frances Kestner, Annie Badger, Nellie Williams, and Hattie Eden.
She is survived by her loving nieces and nephews and extended family. A special part of her life was sharing her faith with her Volunteer Baptist Church family where she was a member.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Glenwood Cemetery in Bristol, TN with Pastor Tony French officiating. In lieu of flowers for those who prefer, memorial donations may be made to Volunteer Baptist Church, 2695 Volunteer Parkway, Bristol, TN 37620.
