She was a homemaker and caregiver who was greatly loved and admired by her husband, parents, siblings, niece, and nephews. She was a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church and the Shenandoah Valley Club of the Deaf.
Libby, as she was known to family and friends, was preceded in death by her husband Charles Bernard Terry, her brothers Charles Glenn Crafton and John Marshall Crafton, and her nephew Charles Glenn Crafton, Jr. She is survived by her nephews James Richmond Crafton (Shirley) and John Lane Crafton and niece Susan Carroll Crafton and great-nieces & nephews.
Many knew Libby as an excellent rider and enthusiast of horse shows and as a ribbon winner with her cocker spaniels at dog shows in the area.
There will be a private burial at Thornrose Cemetery followed by a memorial service on August 17 at 2:00 pm at Baldwin Park Retirement Center where she lived for many years. Special thanks go to the administration and staff there for their many acts of kindness.
