Mrs. Frasier was born March 3, 1930, in El Paso, Arkansas, to the late Henry Thomas Byars and Neta Quick Byars. She was reared and received her education in Floyd, Arkansas.
Bobbie Jo was a homemaker and loved to cook. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Frasier leaves behind two daughters, Patty Gonzalez of Pine Bluff, Anita (Al) Repard of Vacaville, California; son, Michael Heggie of Ashley, Wisconsin; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a sister, Pena Polk of Pine Bluff; and brother, Byron Byars, also of Pine Bluff.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Clay Frasier and sister, Rena Mitchell.
A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 19, 2017 in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Reverend Charles Cantwell officiating.
