GIBSON CITY — Cyndi L. Arnette, 65, of Gibson City, died at 9 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, 2017, at her home in Gibson City.

A private graveside service will be Thursday, Aug. 10, at Drummer Township Cemetery in Gibson City, with the Rev. John Koonce officiating. The family will greet friends and family at noon Thursday, Aug. 10, at the Gibson City Pentecostal Church. Lamb Funeral Home in Gibson City is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Arnette was born April 16, 1952, in Champaign, a daughter of Atlas P. and Ellen (Wright) Shaw.

Surviving are two sons, Rich (Amanda) Wolf Jr. and Matt Taylor, both of Gibson City; two grandsons, Devon Little of Thomasboro and Dylon Wolf of Bloomington; one granddaughter, Caitlin Richards of Gibson City; three great-granddaughters; one sister, Sandy (Jerry) Freehill of Gibson City; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Cindy enjoyed crocheting, reading, computer games and spending time with family.

Memorials may be made to the Cynthia Arnette Trust at Busey Bank in Gibson City.
