Kenneth M. Cauthen, 81, of Ivanhoe, Texas, passed away, Thursday, August 3, 2017 at his residence.

Brother Ken was born September 5, 1935 to Levi Mason & Clarisa Duggan Cauthen in Elmo, Texas.

He was a retired Baptist minister with over 60 year of serving the Lord. He was saved at age 9 at Pine Street Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. He was baptized by Brother Earl Allen and he surrendered to preach in 1955. He was licensed in 1958, ordained in 1960, and had pastored 5 churches. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He touched many lives and will be missed by many.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Levi & Clarisa Cauthen; six sisters and one brother.

He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Betty Cauthen; sons, Ken Cauthen & wife, Peggy and Tim Cauthen & wife, Pam; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Gladys Owens and numerous nieces & nephews and many many friends.

Burial: Fellowship Baptist Cemetery, Warren, Texas
