Patsy Duncan Jenkins, age 74,and a resident of Franklinton , died Monday November 28, 2016 at her home . She enjoyed crocheting, especially the baby blankets she made for countless children through the years. Patsy also loved to cook for family and friends. She enjoyed making a Christmas Light Display each year and loved the holidays. She also had a special place in her heart for her pet dogs. She was a loving wife and mother.

Survived by daughter and son in law : Peggy and Floyd Tarver of Franklinton.

Son and daughter in law: Jimmie Jenkins Jr, and Tara Jenkins of Franklinton. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Three sisters: Lois Duncan and Ara Glynn Tullos both of Pine, La., Sherry Phelps of Bogalusa, La.

Brother and sister in law : Duaine and Barbara Duncan of Bogue Chitto, Mississippi.

Sister in law: Connie Sue Jenkins.

Adopted daughter: Stella McNeese.

Also numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.


She was preceded in death by her husband: Jimmie Jenkins, Sr. daughters : Robbie Stinson and Debra Jones, sons: Allen Dale Jenkins and Christopher Jenkins, Grandson: Justin Felder Jenkins, Her parents Carroll Allen Duncan and Mamie Ellen Lee Duncan and son : Carroll Allen Duncan , II.


Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home , Thursday December 1st from 9 am to 2 pm. A funeral service will be held Thursday at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Leon Hickman , Rev . Derek Dantin and Rev. Pete Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Duncan Cemetery.

Pallbearers : Chris Fischer, Jared Jenkins, Jamie Holden, Jason Jenkins, Brent Thomas, Dustin Holden.

Honorary Pallbearers: Jordon Jenkins , Austin Holden, Dakota Tarver, Dalton Thomas, Hunter Anthony.
