Mrs. Leona Hopper
Services for Mrs Leona Hopper will be conducted Thursday at 2 at the Walther Funeral Home by the Rev R H McPherson of the Christ Evangelical and Reformed church. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. She died on Monday.
Surving relatives are four brothers, Rudy Lueder of near Cape and Arthur Lueder, Leo Lueder and Henry Lueder of Egypt Mills. two sisters, Mrs Albert Maevers of Cape and Mrs Wm. Hengst of Egypt Mills.
Born Jan. 2, 1882, at Egypt Mills, she and Henry A. Hopper were married Aug 30, 1913 in St Louis and he died Feb 24, 1960. Mrs. Hopper had resided in St Louis 40 years. She moved to Cape last May.
Pallbearers are Leo Hengst, Arthur Lueder Jr., Frank Maevers, Lawrence Maevers, Albert Moore and Frank Moore.
