Priscilla C. Turner

Priscilla Catherine Turner, 69, of Emmett, Idaho entered into rest Saturday, July 1, 2017 at her home. She was born December 22, 1947 to Charles and Grace Eagan in Yuba City, California. It was there that Priscilla grew up on her family orchard growing almonds and plums. After graduating from Yuba City Union High School, she went to Sacramento State University getting her degree in Psychology.

After finishing school, Priscilla got a job working with the state of California as an Analyst. She worked there for 28 years. In 1993, Priscilla married James D. (“Dee”) Turner. As Priscilla honored her marital vows, she demonstrated most genuinely her ability to be loving, kind and very generous. Her generosity was not kept within the walls of her own home as she had many faithful friends.

Those who knew her are a witness of how fun she was to be around. They can testify of her incredibly positive outlook on life which showed through in her flowers and beds, plants and pots that were always very well-tended to. Probably the only thing Priscilla didn’t like in life was weeds. She will be well remembered for her gardening skills.

Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Dee; other extended family and close friends including her dogs, Abby and Pepper.

Priscilla was laid to rest privately at the Emmett Cemetery July 7th, 2017 under the direction of the Potter Funeral Chapel.

A Celebration of Priscilla’s Life will be held in her honor Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Turner residence. For address information contact Potter Funeral Chapel.

In memory of Priscilla, please donate to Emmett Pet Adoption League (PAL).
