Lola Faye "Lucky" Courtney Moore went to be with her Lord on Friday, August 4, 2017 at the age of 97. She spent her last days on earth with her family who loved her.
Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Greenwood Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park.

Lola was born Nov 19, 1919 in Blossom to the late James Robert and Emma Mae Price Courtney. Lola and the late David Howard Moore were married December 1941 in Brownwood. Together they raised two children, Tommy and Linda. She was a long time member of Westland Heights Baptist Church. Lola was the youngest of five children, the late Mary Dabbs, Helen Edmondson, Robbie Allen and Eugene Courtney.
