Grace Ryman Barber, lovingly known as Aunt Gracie to many, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2017 in San Antonio Texas at the age of 97. She had lived in Corpus Christi, Texas for many years with her husband Harold. Grace was active in her community of Second Baptist church where she had strong fellowship with her member friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Mary Ryman and also her husband of over 65 years, Harold Barber.

She is survived brothers Eugene (and wife Dorothy) and Victor (and wife Pat) and also by many nieces and nephews and their families – a large family whom she loved and served as their matriarch. The family thanks the staff of loving caretakers at Stone Oak Care Center and the attendees from Heart to Heart Hospice for their tender care.

Graveside services will be held at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 2 pm in the afternoon.
