Ramona Y. Duncan, 88, of Liberty, went home to be with the Lord, on Thursday, August 3, 2017, at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on July 7, 1929 in Clay County to the late William and Eulah Puckett.

Ramona was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and all those who knew her loved her and will miss her greatly.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Duncan and her daughter, Sheila Duncan.

She is survived by her children, Renea Abbott (Bill) of Goldtown, James Namey (Joan) of Goldtown, Carmen Duncan Sorn of Sissonville, William “Billy” Duncan of Fredricksburg, VA, Lorena Duncan Thomas of Liberty; brother, Jerry Arthur of Marion, OH; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and her loving dog, Mojo.

There will be a celebration of her life at 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 6, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with the Rev. Deacon David Wuletich officiating.

Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Pocatalico Animal Hospital, 6440 Starlight Drive, Charleston, WV 25320.
