Curtis Mills Price, 56, of Bassett was born on March 27, 1961 in Washington D.C. to William E. and Virginia Harris Price, Sr. He died August 3, 2017 at his home.
He was a member and associate pastor at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church where he was a youth minister. He was retired from Stanley Furniture and had been a substitute teacher and school bus driver for the Henry County School System.
His education consisted of the following institutions; Bassett High School, Virginia Military Institute, Patrick Henry Community College and Franklin University.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Price; parents, William and Virginia Price; daughters, Tabitha Ramey (Delano), Winona Hale, Raven Goodlow (Damari); siblings: William Price, Jr., Cynthia Stanley, Angelica Saunders and Dontae︠ Price; seven grandchildren.
Burial will be in Carver Memorial Gardens.
