William "Bill" Vines is no longer suffering and was united with Jesus on Thanksgiving Morning. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Horace Vines Jr., his wife, Barbara Vines, and his son, Flint Vines.
Bill loved his family, golf, and the Alabama Crimson Tide. Bill attended Birmingham Southern and graduated from the University of Alabama. He faithfully served his country in the United States Army and worked to help explore God's creation with NASA. He was a beloved member and friend at Huntsville Country Club for many years. Any moment you shared with Bill would have been filled with laughter and a lot of jokes. Bill recently celebrated his 90th Birthday in August.
