She graduated from Borah High School in 1970. She married and had a wonderful son, Donald Shawn Rayne. After divorcing Shawn’s father, she met the love of her life Richard Wells. They spent 29 wonderful years together. Wherever Deb was Richie was there. She loved her life; working in her garden and keeping her yard so beautiful. She loved the outdoors no matter what she was doing. This past year was difficult because she had to slow down due to health issues, but to keep busy she read lots of books. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren so much.
Debbie was preceded in death by her mother and father, nephew Jerry Coburn and many aunts and uncles. Debbie is survived by her husband, Richard Wells, her children Donald Shawn Rayne and Christine Wells, sister Connie Nocito, brother David Arnold and many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren and great grandchildren who loved her so much.
Debbie will be missed by so many people that loved her so much. We love you. Love you Baby Sister.
A graveside service will be held, Friday, August 4, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at Dry Creek Cemetery, located at 9600 Hill Road, Boise, Idaho.
