William "Bill" D. Bagwell, 72, widower of Mary Elizabeth Reed Bagwell, of 204 Florence St., died Tuesday, June 18, 2002, at Laurens County Hospital.
Born in Laurens County, he was a son of the late W.D. and Annie Mae Cannon Bagwell. He retired from the U.S. Navy as an aircraft mechanic.
Survivors: Two grandchildren; and a great-grandson. Predeceased: A son, David Benjamin Bagwell.
Graveside service: 1 p.m. Saturday at Jacksonville Memory Gardens in Orange Park, Fla., with Military rites. - Gray Funeral Home, Clinton.
