Mark Twain Cochran, Jr., 40, of Lancaster died at his home on Monday July 10, 2017. He leaves behind his fiancée, Deborah A. Meck, who loved him with all of her heart. They were to be wed in October.
Mark was an out-going friendly person who had a fantastic sense of humor and a generous heart. He was passionate about music and film, and especially loved punk rock and movies directed by David Lynch. He will be deeply missed by many friends and family.
In addition to his fiancée Deborah, Mark is survived by his son, Evan R. Cochran, his sister, Tammy J. Cochran of Pittsburgh, and his mother Janet R. O'Grady of St. Louis. Mark was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas R. and Regina B. Elsea, who raised him in Meyersdale, PA.
